Full Health Wellness Systems (FHWS) is a non-profit mental health clinic that operates outpatient therapy and chemical dependency treatment services in Nevada, MO, and remotely. 

 

FHWS is a client-centric alternative to traditional insurance-based clinics. Our holistic approach prioritizes the client/helper relationship. Since 2018, FHWS has made a name for itself as a welcoming and effective option for those in need.

Recovery Support Services - We offer free substance abuse counseling, groups, and certified peer support to Missouri residents who are fewer than six months clean, regardless of insurance or ability to pay.

Mental Health Counseling - Full Health offers outpatient mental health services for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you're dealing with school pressure, relationships, unwanted behaviors, or just feeling overwhelmed, our team is here to listen and support you. We believe everyone deserves a space to talk about their feelings and learn how to handle tough situations. Meet your therapist in our office or via telehealth, whichever best suits your needs.
