The name Full Health was originally designed to illicit thoughts of power and strength, drawn from our love of video games. The initial idea was to do something blending gaming and technology with mental health and wellness. It has been many things since its inception; however, from a substance abuse program to a series of books on mental illness.  

This project is a culmination of many ideas that were kicked around since the name was first decided on. This website is a way to take all of the ideas and blend them together into a hardy potion that can be tailored to whatever the challenge calls for. And most importantly, it is a platform that we hope to use to get more people engaged in the conversation of mental health. We are, after all, in this together. And together is how we will get stronger!
